Casserole Favorites

Casserole recipes check so many boxes when it comes to favorite suppers.  They are the ultimate in comfort food, and usually cook up all in one pan for easy clean-up.

One of our very favorite casseroles is a hearty beef stroganoff casserole.  And casseroles also make super side dishes...check out this cheesy cauliflower casserole which is always a hit with the kiddos.  Hurray for casseroles!
