    In our Irish home this is such a beloved holiday that we simply call it The Day! And along with the Irish music and the wearing of the green, one of the best parts of The Day is the Irish feast (right down to that bowl of trifle you see up there 👆 for dessert.

    So from the star of the show…the tender and spicy corned beef…to ideas for corned beef leftovers, here are ten of our favorite Irish recipes. ☘️

    #1: Easy Irish Corned Beef
