#1: Deviled Ham Spread

I make something similar. I add celery, chopped sweet pickles and hard boiled eggs and use it as sandwich filling. ~ CA

#2: Prosciutto Cheese Rolls

I actually made these as a dinner entrée one night for my husband, and he didn’t even need anything else to eat! Delicious!  ~ Robyn

These biscuits! They take only three ingredients, and I literally have to smack my husband’s hand (lovingly of course) so he doesn’t eat way more than his fair share the second they come out of the oven. A must for a Friendsgiving table!

#4: Sheet Pan Focaccia

I have made many no knead focaccia recipes and this one is THE best. With other recipes, even the very highly rated ones, there always tasted like something was missing from what I’ve had in restaurants. This recipe got it perfectly!!  ~ Mary

Focaccia is a buttery Italian bread, and this sheet pan version has rosemary baked into the top, a perfect slightly crunchy crust and a soft interior. It does need some time to rise so plan this one ahead…but it is worth every single second!

This side dish was perfect for when I grilled steak! A simple yet delicious addition, made even better with fresh corn! ~ Nathasha

This creamy, dreamy polenta with corn is on constant rotation at my house in the summertime, but it is also a Thanksgiving favorite because it also works with frozen corn. Pro Tip: put it in a slow cooker when it is done and set it on warm so it stays nice and warm until it’s time to serve it up!

#7: Easy Irish Trifle

Love this recipe! It came out amazing and it reminds me of the episode of Friends where they make trifle. Amazing! ~ Susie

Onward to dessert! You can pretty much count on the fact that there will be pecan and pumpkin pie, so shake things up a bit by bringing this Irish favorite, full of cookies and cream and fresh fruit.

#8: Grandma’s Apple Brown Betty

I had some leftover homemade bread, so I was so happy to find this recipe when I searched for Brown Betty ideas. It was delicious. The spices were perfect! I did add some jumbo raisins though. Thank you for recreating your grand mom’s recipe! ~ Becky

My grandmother Aileen made this classic dessert all the time – it brings back memories of my childhood on her Vermont farm! Sweet apples, spices and bread – it is like French Toast meets apple pie. And I highly recommend ice cream on top!
