This collection of easy Easter recipes has a delicious selection of recipes for this springtime holiday.

From these delectable deviled eggs to this scrumptious Chicken with Spring Vegetables, your perfect Easter feast is right here! 🐣

Easter dinner is such a fave in our family, from the appetizers to the main course and all the way to that strawberry cheesecake parfait you see up there 👆 for dessert. (Or maybe Irish Trifle. Or a white chocolate lemon raspberry tart? I could go on and on.

So from starters through dessert (and a couple of ideas of what to do with the Easter leftovers), we’ve got you covered!

    #1: Tarragon Deviled Eggs

Tarragon deviled eggs in egg cups.

Love a deviled egg! This is going to be perfect for Easter and spring in general! ~ Joan

I love EVERY kind of deviled egg in the whole wide world, but especially these eggs that have a little bit of fresh herbs mixed in. And while you can break out your egg cups if you want to, they will also serve up perfectly in that deviled egg serving tray I know you have somewhere. 🤩

These delectable little goat cheese balls could not be easier to make, and with their cheery coating they are the perfect springtime, Easter-y appetizer. And who doesn’t want their own personal cheese ball? (Or two. Or three. 🙋🏼‍♀️)

    #3: Chicken with Spring Vegetables

Chicken with Spring Vegetables in a bowl.

This recipe is almost a staple in our house no matter what time of year it is…with a little bit of this and that switched out every once in a while. It’s delicious!!…And so is SPRING!!! :-) ~ Poetess Wug

Sliced ham and leg of lamb are traditional Easter main courses, but if you want to shake things up a little (or if you are having a smaller crowd) this chicken cooked with some spring veggies is a great alternative.

    #4: Ham with Apples

Finished recipe for ham steak with apples on a plate with a side of spinach.

This is such a nice combination. The flavors compliment each other perfectly. Scrumptious! ~ Ellie

SPEAKING of ham, this recipe features an apple walnut topping for a sweet and salty vibe! The recipe calls for ham steaks, but this will also work with sliced ham.

    #5: Roasted Dijon Chicken

Roasted Dijon Chicken in a roasting pan.

This was a hit tonight! Since it’s just my husband and me, kids away at college, we’ll get two meals out of this. My Lab enjoyed the scraps. ;) ~ Lauren

Okay, one more fancy chicken and veggies recipe that is a great main course AND is super simple to make. Chicken and veggies cook up together in your favorite roasting pan, and a Dijon mustard sauce adds that special something.

Torn egg salad on a plate.

I had never made egg salad before but this recipe made me a believer! Such a simple and delicious lunch. Will definitely be making this again!    ~ Lauren

It’s the day after Easter, and you have about 647,385 colored hard boiled eggs on your hands. Which means it is time to make this kinda different Torn Egg Salad for lunch! We love it over grits, but it is wonderful on some chopped lettuce as well.

I hope this gives you some delicious inspiration for your Easter feast! And I’ll sign off with a picture from last year’s Easter of our EXHAUSTED dog, who hunted for exactly zero of those eggs. 😂
