Easter dinner is such a fave in our family, from the appetizers to the main course and all the way to that strawberry cheesecake parfait you see up there 👆 for dessert. (Or maybe Irish Trifle. Or a white chocolate lemon raspberry tart? I could go on and on.

I had never made egg salad before but this recipe made me a believer! Such a simple and delicious lunch. Will definitely be making this again!    ~ Lauren

It’s the day after Easter, and you have about 647,385 colored hard boiled eggs on your hands. Which means it is time to make this kinda different Torn Egg Salad for lunch! We love it over grits, but it is wonderful on some chopped lettuce as well.
