You can make this quick and delicious herb-filled creamy whipped feta cheese dip in ten minutes or less with this super easy recipe!
Hi friends! I don’t know about you, but at this point we have reached THIS point in the holiday season…
Yep, in addition to having no idea what day it is, we have also taken a holiday break from doing any and all laundry. And we still have New Year’s to go!
So I am all about recipes that I can whip up with a minimum of time and ingredients (hello, my beloved five minute hummus) and still have ALL the deliciousness.
And as you can probably guess from the title, this Ten Minute Whipped Feta Dip fits the bill perfectly!
What tastes good with feta cheese?
Feta cheese is one of my faves, because it is so versatile, and doesn’t break the bank. It is the perfect combo of salty and creamy, and works equally well with crackers or veggies.
And if you have any leftover feta after you have whipped up this dip, it goes beautifully in everything from soup to seafood. Yay feta cheese!
How do you make ten minute whipped feta dip?
Place 6 ounces of feta cheese and a half a cup of fresh dill in your handy food processor.
Turn on the processor and slowly pour a quarter cup of milk into the feeding tube until the dip is creamy. Depending on the consistency of your cheese you make need more or less milk – stop the processor and sample as you go!
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Scrape into a pretty bowl, drizzle with olive oil, dust with some nutmeg and serve with crackers or veggies. You’re done!
And with that, I wish you a happy, HEALTHY New Year, and I’ll see you in 2021!
Love, Kate xo
