This easy recipe for Snack Attack Chocolate Chip Cookies is a scrumptious, sweet and salty way to use up those extra potato chips!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 10 tablespoons butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup broken pretzels
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 and line a couple of cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  2. Put the flour and baking soda in a mixing bowl and stir with a whisk until combined.  Set aside.
  3. Mix the butter and brown sugar together in another mixing bowl until fluffy, then add the egg and the vanilla.  Mix again.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips, pretzels and potato chips.
  5. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto the cookie sheets and bake for 12 minutes or until the cookies are browned along the edges.
  6. Cool on the cookie sheet for a few minutes, then remove to a cooking rack.  Eat one while they are still warm!
