Divide hummus between bowls, spreading it out into a circle.
Divide chicken, green beans, cheese, tomatoes and capers between bowls, scattering them all on top of the hummus.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Grind some fresh pepper on top and serve!

Chicken: Any kind of cooked chicken will work. This is perfect for leftovers, but a rotisserie chicken is also great.
