4 ripe bananas
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional!)

Instructions

Cut bananas into chunks and freeze until completely solid.
Put bananas, cinnamon, allspice and vanilla extract into a food processor. Process until smooth.
Stir in nuts (if using) and serve!
