These easy three ingredient biscuits have the butter baked right in! Once you make this delicious recipe for butter biscuits you’ll be hooked, so you might want to make a double batch!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 stick butter, melted (1/2 cup)
  • 1 cup sour cream 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 12 serving muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Mix together Bisquick, melted butter and sour cream. Spoon into your muffin tin.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until just golden.
  4. Cool for 5 minutes and serve warm.
  5. Yup, that’s really all there is to it!

Notes

    • Bisquick: This baking mix is also great for making pancakes and waffles, and because of that you can usually find it in the breakfast aisle of your supermarket.

    • Sour Cream: Either regular or low-fat will work…we don’t recommend non-fat for this recipe.

    • Butter: We recommend salted butter for this recipe for the best taste, but you can make it with unsalted if you prefer.
