You are going to love this quick, easy recipe for deviled ham spread! It’s the perfect quick and tasty appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cooked ham, cut into 2-3 inch chunks
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grainy mustard
  • 1 shallot, peel and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Process ham in food processor until finely chopped.
  2. Add cream cheese, mayo and mustard and pulse a few more times until mixed. Transfer to a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in shallot and parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with crackers or veggies.

Notes

    • Ham: Any cooked ham you have will work…if I don’t have leftovers, I buy a cooked ham steak, which you can usually find near the bacon.

    • Cream Cheese: Either regular or light cream cheese will work.

    • Shallot: If you don’t have a shallot, a couple of scallions will work just fine.

    • Mustard: We like grainy mustard for this recipe (it has a milder taste) but you can use any mustard you like.
