No matter what team you’re rooting for, everyone comes out a winner if the food is good! Here is a Super Bowl Recipe Roundup that will have everyone cheering.
When it comes to the Super Bowl I’m not ashamed to admit it. I am all about the commercials and the food and the food and the commercials.
I’m that person who pays zero attention to the game, but doesn’t budge during the commercials so that I can make absolutely sure I’m not missing the Doritos ad that everyone will be talking about the next day.
And since the other essential part of the Super Bowl is the eats, I’ve rounded up a few of my favorite nibbles for you, all of which can be served in front of the tv and are easy to whip up.
So we don’t miss any, you know, commercials! Click on either the picture or the title to go right to the recipe.
Super Bowl Dips and Spreads
Make sure you get friends and family sized bags of chips and crackers for dunking and slathering these tailgate favorites!
This is just what it sounds like – a creamy concoction of beer and cheese that whirls up in no time in your food processor. Mandatory Super Bowl eats, because BEER and CHEESE!
Salty and creamy and devilishly good. Great with celery sticks if you want to add some veggies to your spread.
Creamy, spicy, warm and laced with ground beef for extra heartiness!
You didn’t think I was going to forget the bacon, did you? It’s the one thing that can make guac even more delicious!
Super Bowl Nibbles
The big game is all about eating with your fingers, and these little bites will definitely keep them going until halftime!
Little baby cheese balls, and you can even eat the sticks!
Look, no bacon! Only mozzarella, salami, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, pickles, ham and whatever else you want to skewer!
Everything style nachos served on a cookie sheet. Not only does this make for easy serving, it also ensures that all the chips get enough nacho stuff on them.
A little bit cheesy, a little bit spicy, a little bit bacon-y – make lots!
Super Bowl Main Course!
Even with all those scrumptious nibbles, they are still going to want an actual Super Bowl Supper. Here are four recipes that will still give you a chance to watch the halftime show! No forks required.
Stromboli is like the love child of a pizza and a calzone, and you can slice it up into easy to eat sandwich size portions.
Ham and biscuit pineapple sliders with spicy honey mustard are going to rock their sandwich world! Sweet and salty and scrumptious.
Exactly what you think they are – only served in soft tortillas instead of crunchy taco shells that break into a million pieces when you take the first bite. Your sofa will thank you.
The makings for this one cook up ahead of time in the slow cooker. Set the fixings for these up in the kitchen and let folks assemble their own. (It will make for some extra entertainment as seats are stolen while people are getting their sandwiches.)
Super Bowl Dessert!
It’s a fact of life that somebody is going to be disappointed by how the game ends…soften the blow by comforting them with some of these sweet treats.
The potato chips give them that sweet and salty sensation, and a quick dip in chocolate sends them over the edge into cookie scrumptiousness.
A naughty spin on everyone’s favorite chocolate dessert…see if they can guess the secret ingredient!
Part cupcake, part pudding, 100% sweet and creamy deliciousness…these cupcakes are something both sides will agree upon!
And last but not least, the ultimate in sweet and salty for the ultimate football game of the year. Pop any extras in to-go bags for your lucky tailgaters!
And with that, I hope you have a delicious Super Bowl…and may the best commercial win!
