This recipe for easy banana bread ice cream tastes just like your favorite snack bread, and doesn’t need an ice cream maker. The perfect tasty dessert!


  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional!)


  1. Cut bananas into chunks and freeze until completely solid.
  2. Put bananas, cinnamon, allspice and vanilla extract into a food processor. Process until smooth.
  3. Stir in nuts (if using) and serve!
