This recipe for easy banana bread ice cream tastes just like your favorite snack bread, and doesn’t need an ice cream maker. The perfect tasty dessert!
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional!)
- Cut bananas into chunks and freeze until completely solid.
- Put bananas, cinnamon, allspice and vanilla extract into a food processor. Process until smooth.
- Stir in nuts (if using) and serve!
