Lillian’s Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 4 oz. can chopped green chiles
  • ½ cup finely chopped sweet onion
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Tabasco sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except Tabasco sauce together.
  2. Shake Tabasco sauce into dip in small amounts, tasting as you go, until it reaches the right amount of spiciness for you.
  3. Serve with veggies and crackers.
