#11, Deanna C: I love a good challenge! I have severe food allergies and I have celiac disease so I have to make lots of changes to recipes and be creative. It keeps me on my toes. I would definitely pick my Mexican plate. It is a huge concoction of yummy ingredients with lots of flavor and kick!
