And The Winners Are…

Well, if I didn’t know it before I know it now – you love sandwiches as much as I do! In particular, you love bacon lettuce and tomato sandwiches in all shapes and sizes, which means  we have a whole lot in common because yep, that’s one of my all time faves.  I know, shocking. That and this bacon, egg, brie and spinach sandwich that I sometimes dream about.  But enough about that…let’s get to the three winners of that scrumptious Emeril cookbook up there!

As usually, I let random.org pick the winners, because I could never ever choose between all this sandwich deliciousness…and there they are!

Cheri, who said: Pita sandwich stuffed with hummus, olives, veggies, feta and a big dollop of tzatziki sauce!  Whoa.  My head is spinning with deliciousness!

Gillian, who has lots of favorites (a girl after my own heart!) who said: I am obsessed with the Gatsby Arrow you so kindly introduced me to. I love grilled cheese, whether it be fancy cheese with bacon or just butter-bread-American cheese-bread-butter. I have a strange attachment to the peanut butter-pickle sandwich, but I like to spice it up with potato chips. And if you count burgers as sandwiches – I certainly do – those. Just for the record, I definitely, positively count burgers as sandwiches!
