Important Message For All My Wonderful RSS Readers….

Breaking news update!  I’ve heard from a bunch of you that you need some help re-subscribing to the Framed Cooks RSS feed…we are working out the kinks but in the meantime, you can click here to get to a link that should let you re-subscribe directly with hopefully no problem.  Thanks for everyone who has been in touch with me and for your wonderful patience!  Hugs.

Hi there!  As you know, Framed Cooks has been going through a facelift recently, and we’ve finally reached the last stage!  And this time I need your help.  If you read my posts via an RSS feed (through Google Reader or something like it) and want to keep getting my posts, sometime in the next 20 days I need you to cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe.

Why, you may ask?  Well, because of various and sundry technical things that even I don’t fully  understand (thank goodness for my wonderful website manager!), I needed a new RSS feed service.  It’s already up and running and nice and spiffy, but the old service is only going to work for another 20 days or so.  So if you don’t unsubscribe and re-subscribe, you’ll stop getting Framed Cooks posts in your reader.  And I do have banana cream pie cupcakes coming soon…you KNOW you don’t want to miss those!

If you get Framed Cooks via email, or if you just check in from time to time by visiting the site on your computer, you’re already all set and you can ignore this pesky post.  It’s just my RSS friends.  So, one more time:

1. Unsubscribe from your current Framed Cooks RSS subscription

2. Re-subscribe right away

3. Continue getting recipes and rambling thoughts about dogs, teenagers and Southern husbands.

I wish I could make chocolate chip cookies and macaroni and cheese for all of you, but since I can’t, I’ll just say that I love you guys and I’m so grateful for your ongoing support.  If you have any questions, either email me or leave them in the comments section…if I don’t know the answer I promise to find out!  And in my next post we will return to our regularly scheduled bacon-infused programming.  :)

    I subscribe to a LOT of recipe sites in my reader; Framed Cooks was one of my first. I go through the list, culling the ones that have stopped posting or have recipes that I have no interest in making. I’d hate to not have this site in the list, though.

  2. I unsubscribed from Google reader but don’t see where to re-subscribe through RSS.

    • Hi Peggie! You should be able to re-subscribe through that envelope icon next to the picture of the teenager jumping into the pool, but if you have any issues you can also go to http://www.framedcooks.com/feed. Let me know if you have any problems and I’ll help figure it out! And thanks for your support. :)

  5. How about using the standard RSS icon – you never know, you might have more subscribers if people could actually find the feed.
