Chili Mac!
Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 17 ounce can creamed corn
  • 1 16 ounce can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pound elbow macaroni, freshly cooked
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar
Instructions
  1. 1. Cook beef in heavy large saucepan over medium high heat until brown. Remove meat and drain.
  2. 2. Cook onion in same pan about 5 minutes. Return beef to pan and stir in everything except macaroni and cheese. Stir until heated through.
  3. 3. Add macaroni and cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
  4. 4. Serve immediately.
